Additional Donations. The Owner may wish to make additional donations to the OHS as legacies in the Owner’s last Will and Testament. The Owner hereby declares that any additional legacy will be made in recognition of the charitable activities performed by the OHS, and not as consideration for any services performed by the OHS under the provisions of this Agreement.
