Additional Documents; Further Assurances. In addition to the schedules and other items specifically required to be furnished hereunder, the Parties hereby agree that each will promptly furnish to the other such further schedules, certificates and other instruments and take such other action as may reasonably be requested in order to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement.
