Common use of Additional Documents and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrowers shall execute and deliver to Agent and the Revolving Credit Lenders such additional documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents), instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, and the Borrowers shall pay the cost of any mortgagee’s title insurance policy or any endorsement or update thereto or any updated UCC searches, all recording costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary or mortgage taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are demanded in connection with such increase.
