Common use of Additional Documents and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrowers and Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional documents and opinions as Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, a certificate signed on behalf of Parent Borrower by an Authorized Officer confirming the statements in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this §2.11(d), and the Borrowers shall pay the cost of any reasonable and documented fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.
