Common use of Additional Documents and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower shall execute and deliver to Agent and the Lenders such additional documents, instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any updated UCC searches, all recording costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary taxes, assessments or charges or any similar reasonable fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.
