Additional Documents and Actions. (a)Subordinated Creditor at any time, and from time to time, after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, upon the request of Senior Lender and at the expense of Subordinated Creditor, promptly will execute and deliver such further documents and do such further acts and things as Senior Lender reasonably may request in order to effect fully the purposes of this Agreement.
