Additional Development Time Sample Clauses
Additional Development Time. The parties acknowledge that modifications may increase the hours required, and therefore the cost, for development and the delivery schedule may be delayed as a result of the modifications. Prior to beginning work on any modifications which will result in additional cost, LRS will first, in writing, request approval of the additional charges.
Additional Development Time. Written modifications shall expressly include an additional amount of time for the development of EWorldMedia's Customized System and/or creation of EWorldMedia's Templates, and the delivery schedule shall be delayed by the same amount of time. When such modifications are necessary for CaptureQuest to continue working on the project, and when no other coding can be done during the interim, the delivery schedule shall also be delayed by the amount of time between when such modifications are first proposed until the time when they are signed by both parties.
