Common use of Additional Deposits Clause in Contracts

Additional Deposits. (a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Account one (1) day prior to each Payment Date: (i) the RPA Seller shall remit the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to Warranty Receivables pursuant to Section 2.04 and (ii) the Servicer shall remit (A) any extension fee charged in connection with the extension of a Receivable pursuant to Section 3.02, (B) the aggregate Advances pursuant to Section 4.04(a), (C) the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables pursuant to Section 3.08, and (D) the amount required upon the optional purchase of all Receivables by the Servicer or any successor to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.01.

(a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Account one (1) day prior to each Payment Date: (i) the RPA Seller shall remit the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to Warranty Receivables pursuant to Section 2.04 and (ii) the Servicer shall remit (A) any extension fee charged in connection with the extension of a Receivable pursuant to Section 3.02, (B) the aggregate Advances pursuant to Section 4.04(a), (C) the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables pursuant to Section 3.08, 3.08 and (D) the amount required upon the optional purchase of all Receivables by the Servicer or any successor to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.01.
