Common use of Additional Deposits Clause in Contracts

Additional Deposits. The Servicer and the Depositor shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables and the Servicer shall deposit therein all amounts to be paid under Section 9.01. The Servicer will deposit the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables when such obligations are due. All such deposits shall be made on the Payment Determination Date for the related Collection Period.

Additional Deposits. The Servicer and the Depositor Seller shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Deposit Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables and the Servicer shall deposit therein all amounts to be paid under Section 9.01. The Servicer will deposit the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables when such obligations are due, unless the Servicer shall not be required to make daily deposits pursuant to Section 5.02. All such other deposits shall be made on the Payment Determination Date for the related Collection Period.

Additional Deposits. (a) The Servicer Depositor and the Depositor Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount Amounts with respect to Purchased Receivables pursuant to Sections 2.3 and 3.7, respectively, and the Servicer shall deposit therein all amounts Purchase Amounts to be paid under Section 9.01. The Servicer will deposit the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables when such obligations are due8.1. All such deposits with respect to a Collection Period shall be made made, in immediately available funds, on the Business Day preceding the Payment Determination Date for the related to such Collection Period.

All such deposits shall be made on not later than the Payment Determination Deposit Date for following the end of the related Collection Period.
