Insofar as additional declarations or actions are necessary for the creation of the Collateral (or any of them) in favour of the Pledgees, the Pledgor shall at the Pledgees’ request (acting through the Security Agent) make such declarations and undertake such actions at the Pledgor’s costs and expenses.
