Common use of Additional Customer Terms Clause in Contracts

If any additional ordinance, rule, or other local governmental authority requires additional contract language before a Customer can make a purchase under this Contract, the Customer is responsible for entering a separate agreement with the Contractor and incorporating the additional contract language therein.
