Common use of Additional Coverage Clause in Contracts

Additional Coverage. If the Client requests to have the amount of coverage increased from that detailed in the RFP, or requests other special insurance for this Project then the Engineer shall endeavour forthwith to obtain such additional or special insurance at the Client's expense as a disbursement allowed under Section 3.2. It is understood and agreed that the coverage provided by these policies will not be changed or amended in any way nor cancelled by the Engineer until (30) days after written notice of such change or cancellation has been delivered to and acknowledged by the Client.
