Common use of Additional Cost Component Clause in Contracts

Additional Cost Component. Comprising any cost payable by Charterer under paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule III or under section 2.2 or section 4.2 of this Charter, which costs shall be capitalized and payable on a daily basis pursuant to this paragraph unless Charterer elects to pay such costs directly.
