Additional Contracts. Borrower shall not enter into any contract and incur any Contractual Obligation to any Affiliate or other related person, other than at arms length and in a manner and on terms in the best interest of Borrower, and immediately upon the execution of any such contract, a copy thereof will be provided to Bank.
