Common use of Additional Committees Clause in Contracts

Additional Committees. In addition to the JSC, from time-to-time, the JSC may establish and delegate specific matters or duties within its responsibilities to other operational committees or ad hoc subcommittees, on an “as needed” basis to oversee particular projects and activities and to assist the JSC in preparing plans and budgets and carrying out other actions set forth in this Article 5 (Governance) (such other operational committees and subcommittees established by the JSC, each a “Subcommittee”). The composition, operation, and responsibilities of each Subcommittee will be determined by the JSC.
