Additional Cleaning Services. Failure to clean the kitchen and social hall following the Event as necessary to return the Shul to pre-Event Conditions may require Netivot Shalom to hire a cleaning service, the cost of which will be subtracted from the Security Deposit. Any reasonable additional cleaning fees incurred by the Shul will be the responsibility of the renter and may be billed to Renter as additional fees.
