Additional Checks Clause Samples

The 'Additional checks' clause establishes the right or obligation for one or both parties to conduct further verification or due diligence beyond standard procedures. In practice, this may involve background checks, financial audits, or compliance reviews to ensure all representations and requirements are met before or during the contract term. This clause serves to mitigate risk by allowing parties to confirm critical information, thereby reducing the likelihood of fraud, non-compliance, or other issues that could impact the agreement.
Additional Checks. 3.2.3.1. At the discretion of the Technical Service the checking procedures defined above may be repeated with the non-braking functions relevant to the interface in different states or switched off.
Additional Checks. At Peninsula Gymnastics we employ professional, enthusiastic and considerate people who: Have current and validated Working With Children Check Have been screened via 2 or more professional reference checks, to confirm suitability to work with children Have undertaken a formal interview process Have undergone a Governing Body database check, as available Have undergone any international police checks if they have resided overseas for more than 6 months in the last 10 years This document is subject to change. Additional Checks. 8.1.8.1. The Technical Service may request additional checks to be carried out, if necessary.
Additional Checks. The following additional checks shall be carried out with the towing vehicle unbraked and the trailer unladen. 5.4.1.5.1. When the axle. bogie passes from a high adhesion surface (kH) to a low adhesion surface (kL) where kH > 0.5 and kH / kL > 2, with a control pressure at the coupling head of 6.5 bar, the directly controlled wheels shall not lock. The running speed and the instant of applying the trailer brakes is so calculated that with the anti- lock braking system full cycling on the high adhesion surface, the passage from one surface to the other being made at approximately 80 km/h and at 40 km/h. 5.4.1.5.2. When the trailer passes from a low adhesion surface (kL) to a high adhesion surface (kH) where kH > 0.5 and kH / kL > 2, with a control pressure at the coupling head of 6.5 bar, the pressure at the brake ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall rise to an appropriate high value within a reasonable time and the trailer shall not deviate from its initial course. The running speed and the instant of applying the brakes is so calculated that, with the anti- lock braking system full cycling on the low adhesion surface, the passage from one surface to the other occurs at approximately 50 km/h.
