Common use of Additional Certification Clause in Contracts

Additional Certification. An employee’s advancement between ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ determined on their ability to complete the required duties of the position. In order to advance from Level 1 to Level 2, an employee must demonstrate their ability to complete the majority of tasks required within the position. Once the employee is trained and capable of assuming the full duties of the new job, they will then receive the Level 3 step rate of pay for that position. Questions of interpretation will be decided upon by the Company in consultation with the Union.
