Additional Articles. Where the Authority identifies a requirement, for an Article which is not listed on the Annex A to Schedule 2Schedule of Requirements, the Authority shall approach the Contractor for a quotation to be submitted in a timely manner. If, after evaluation, the price is considered acceptable the Article shall be added to the Annex A to Schedule 2 – Schedule of Requirements by formal Contract amendment.
