Additional Activities. The Design-Builder shall consult with the Owner and Program Manager regarding site use and improvements, as well as the selection of materials, building systems and equipment. The Design-Builder shall provide recommendations designed to minimize adverse effects of labor or material shortages; time requirements for procurement, installation of equipment, and factors related to construction cost, including estimates of alternative designs or materials, and other possible economies.
