ADDENDUM CONTROLLING. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, in the event there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, this Addendum will control. Any term or condition of the Agreement that is not superseded by a term or condition of this Addendum shall remain in full force and effect.
