Common use of Addenda to the ITB Clause in Contracts

Addenda to the ITB. The Department reserves the right to modify this solicitation by issuing addenda. Addenda may modify any aspect of this solicitation. Addenda issued will be posted on the VBS and within MFMP Sourcing. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to check for any changes to a solicitation prior to submitting a bid. Protest of Terms, Conditions, and Specifications With respect to a protest of the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this solicitation, including any provisions governing the methods for scoring responses, awarding contracts, or modifying or amending any contract, a notice of protest shall be filed in writing with the Agency Clerk, Department of Management Services, 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, within seventy-two hours after the posting of the solicitation. For purposes of this provision, the term “the solicitation” includes this solicitation document, any addendum, response to written questions, clarification or other document concerning the terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Public Opening Bids will be opened on the date and at the location indicated in the Timeline of Events. Bidders are not required to attend. The Department generally does not announce prices or release other materials at this public meeting, pursuant to s. 119.071(1)(b), Florida Statutes.
