ADA Violations. Prior to the Delivery Date, Landlord shall responsible, if required by any governmental authority, for correcting any existing violations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act with respect to the Premises and to ensure that the Premises is in full compliance with the American with Disabilities Act.
