Common use of Actuarial Reports Clause in Contracts

Actuarial Reports. As of the date of this Agreement, with respect to the Company Insurance Subsidiaries, the Company has made available to Parent all material actuarial reports in the Company's possession and prepared by actuaries, independent or otherwise, that cover periods beginning on or after December 31, 2015. The information and data furnished by the Company and the Company Insurance Subsidiaries to its independent actuaries in connection with the preparation of such actuarial reports were accurate in all material respects for the periods covered in such reports.

Actuarial Reports. As of the date of this Agreement, with respect to the Company Parent Insurance Subsidiaries, the Company Parent has made available to Parent the Company all material actuarial reports in the Company's Parent’s possession and prepared by actuaries, independent or otherwise, that cover periods beginning on or after December 31, 20152022. The information and data furnished by the Company Parent and the Company Parent Insurance Subsidiaries to its independent actuaries in connection with the preparation of such actuarial reports were complete and accurate in all material respects for the periods covered in such reports.
