Common use of ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF AFFILIATES Clause in Contracts

ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF AFFILIATES. During the term of this License, the Licensee shall be liable for the acts or omissions of its Affiliates to the extent arising out of any such Affiliate’s operation of the Cable System to provide Cable Services in the Town .pursuant to this License.

During the term of this the License, the Licensee shall be liable for the acts or omissions of its Affiliates to while such Affiliates are involved directly or indirectly in the extent arising out of any such Affiliate’s construction, installation, maintenance or operation of the Cable System to provide Cable Services in as if the Town .pursuant to this acts or omissions of such Affiliates were the acts or omissions of the License.
