Acts of Subtenant. Any act or omission by Subtenant, or by any other person or entity for whose acts or omissions Tenant is liable or responsible under the terms of the Lease, that violates any of the provisions of the Lease, shall be deemed a violation of the Lease by Tenant, subject to any applicable notice and cure provisions contained in the Lease.
