Acts of Grantor. Except as provided in or permitted by the Loan Documents, Grantor hereby represents and warrants that it has not mortgaged, hypothecated, assigned or pledged and hereby covenants that it will not mortgage, hypothecate, assign or pledge, so long as this Deed of Trust shall remain in effect, any of its right, title or interest in and to the Trust Estate or any part thereof or any interest in Grantor, to anyone other than Beneficiary.
