Common use of Activity Log Clause in Contracts

Activity Log. The Commission PMO will prepare a chronological log of CNA actions taken in the accomplishment of assigned performance requirements. The purpose of this log is to provide a brief synopsis of an inspection of CNA provided services or a meeting or conversation with the CNA regarding PWS performance in a given functional area. Documentation that supports activity log entries is maintained in the RECORDS section of the surveillance folder.
