Activities Under the Research Program Clause Samples

The 'Activities under the Research Program' clause defines the specific tasks, projects, or research efforts that will be undertaken as part of the overall research initiative. It typically outlines the scope of work, the roles and responsibilities of each party, and the expected deliverables or milestones. For example, it may specify which experiments will be conducted, who will provide resources, and how progress will be reported. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of what activities are included in the research program, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and setting expectations for performance and collaboration.
Activities Under the Research Program. Subject to Section 2.2.4, each Party shall conduct activities allocated to it under the Research Plan for each Research Indication. Neither Party shall be obligated to conduct activities that are not described in the Research Plan if such activities would cause either Party to incur additional costs, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties.
