Common use of Activities of ALPS Clause in Contracts

Activities of ALPS. (a) Except to the extent necessary to perform ALPS’ obligations under this Agreement, nothing herein shall be deemed to limit or restrict ALPS’ right, or the right of any of ALPS’ managers, officers or employees who also may be a director, officer or employee of the Trust (including, without limitation, the PFO), or who are otherwise affiliated persons of the Trust, to engage in any other business or to devote time and attention to the management or other aspects of any other business, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature, or to render services of any kind to any other corporation, trust, firm, individual or association.
