Common use of Activation Code Clause in Contracts

Activation Code. If an Expanded License is purchased, Bitvise will provide an Activation Code which may be applied to BSC as an indication of purchase of an Expanded License. Mere possession of an Activation Code does not imply an Expanded License. Activating one or more BSC installations with an Activation Code does not imply that such installations are fully or properly covered by an Expanded License. Any Activation Code in your possession must be made available only to persons who require it to administer your BSC installations, and must be protected securely against access by third parties and unauthorized personnel.
