Activation Code. Mere possession of an Activation Code does not imply an Expanded License. Activating one or more BSS Installations with an Activation Code does not imply that such Installations are fully or properly licensed. Any Activation Code in your possession must be made available only to persons who require it to administer your Purchased Installations, and must be protected securely against access by third parties and unauthorized personnel. If you have purchased an Expanded License, and you lose your Activation Code or BSS installer, Bitvise will help you recover them, as long as you provide verification of your identity and sufficient information for Bitvise to identify your Expanded License. Bitvise does not guarantee to recover an installer for the version of BSS you are or were using, but will provide either the same version or a newer version that will work with your Expanded License.

Activation Code is the activation code, unique for each copy of the Product by the use of which the Client may acquire the ability to use the Product and/or any upgraded version. The use of the activation code for additional users is upon the requirement of additional fees as defined in the Annex .

IF THE TERM RELATED TO YOUR ACTIVATION CODE EXPIRES PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR PAID PREMIUM SERVICES PLAN, FLUKE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ASSOCIATED LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, PREJUDICE, OR HARM ARISING FROM THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR PREMIUM SERVICES PLAN OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TERMINATION OF YOUR PREMIUM SERVICES PLAN, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Activation Code. 6.1. This XXXX is also applied to the Activation Code. Activation code changes the demo mode of Software into the fully functional Software mode. The Activation code is issued to the Licensee personally and cannot be transferred to third parties. Transferring of the Activation code to third parties leads to a violation of this XXXX.
