Activated License. By activating the Evaluation Software, the Licensee is granted and accepts an Activated License and in this document is referred to as an “Activated Licensee”. The Activated License grants fully-functional usage rights for each software component license purchased, software product warranty, enhanced website privileges, and access to software and report library updates with a 6-month software maintenance subscription at no additional cost. Enhanced website privileges include: read/write access to the support forums where most support issues can be resolved, and advanced and technical videos can be accessed. The 6-month Software Maintenance Subscription upgrades the Activated Licensee status to Supported Licensee status, which allows download and installation of updates for licensed software modules and report library additions. The licensee is encouraged but not obligated to renew subsequent Software Maintenance subscriptions on an annual basis thereafter.
