Common use of Actions Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Actions Upon Termination. if termination occurs and is not the fault of the Consultant, the Consultant shall be paid for the services properly performed prior to termination, with any reimbursable expenses then due, but such compensation shall not exceed the maximum compensation to be paid under the Agreement.
