Actions Forbidden Clause Samples
The "Actions Forbidden" clause defines specific activities or behaviors that are expressly prohibited under the agreement. This may include restrictions such as not disclosing confidential information, refraining from competing with the other party, or avoiding the use of certain resources for unauthorized purposes. By clearly outlining what is not allowed, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and protects the interests of the parties by setting clear boundaries for acceptable conduct.
