Common use of Actions by the Sellers Clause in Contracts

Actions by the Sellers. Each Seller agrees that, notwithstanding the foregoing, at the request of Purchaser, such Seller shall take all actions necessary or appropriate to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby individually on such Seller’s own behalf, and delivery of any other documents required of the Sellers pursuant to the terms hereof.

Actions by the Sellers. Each Seller agrees that, notwithstanding Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Seller agrees, at the request of Purchaser, such the Seller shall Representative: (a) to take all actions necessary or appropriate to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby (including delivery of such Seller’s Securities and acceptance of the consideration therefor) individually on such Seller’s own behalf, and delivery of (b) to deliver, individually on such Seller’s own behalf, any other documents required of the Sellers such Seller pursuant to the terms hereofthis Agreement.

Actions by the Sellers. Each Seller agrees that, notwithstanding the foregoing, at the request of PurchaserPurchasers, such Seller shall take all actions necessary or appropriate to consummate the transactions transaction contemplated hereby (including, without limitation, delivery of such Seller’s Shares or LP Units (as the case may be)) and acceptance of such Seller’s portion of the Final Equity Consideration therefor individually on such Seller’s own behalf, and delivery of any other documents required of the Sellers pursuant to the terms hereof.
