Common use of Actions by the Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Actions by the Noteholders. (a) Wherever in this Indenture a provision is made that an action may be taken or a notice, demand or instruction given by the Noteholders, such action, notice or instruction may be taken or given by any Noteholder, unless such provision requires a specific percentage of the Noteholders. If, at any time, the request, demand, authorization, direction, consent, waiver or other act of a specific percentage of the Noteholders is required pursuant to this Indenture, written notification of the substance thereof shall be furnished to all Noteholders.

Actions by the Noteholders. (a) Wherever in this Indenture Agreement a provision is made that an action may be taken or a notice, demand or instruction given by the Noteholders, such action, notice or instruction may be taken or given by any Noteholder, unless such provision requires a specific percentage of the Noteholders.
