Action Without Meetings. As provided in Section 6.202 of the Act and subject to the timing and notice requirements of that section, any action required or permitted to be taken at any meeting of the Members may be taken without holding a meeting, providing notice, or taking a vote if a written consent stating the action taken is executed by the Members having at least the minimum number of votes that would be necessary to take such action at a meeting at which all Members entitled to vote on the action are present and vote. Nothing in this Section 11.10 will create or enlarge any voting right with respect to any Units whose voting rights have been limited or eliminated.
