Common use of Action by Trust Certificateholders with Respect to Certain Matters Clause in Contracts

Action by Trust Certificateholders with Respect to Certain Matters. (a) Except as set forth in Section 4.02(b) and subject to the provisions and limitations of Section 4.04, to the extent the Issuing Entity is deemed to be the Holder of the 2011-A SUBI Certificate pursuant to the SUBI Trust Agreement, the Issuing Entity shall take such actions as directed in writing by Trust Certificateholders holding Trust Certificates evidencing an interest of at least 50% of the outstanding Certificate Balance.

Action by Trust Certificateholders with Respect to Certain Matters. (a) Except as set forth in Section 4.02(b) and subject to the provisions and limitations of Section 4.04, to the extent the Issuing Entity is deemed to be the Holder of the 20112016-A B SUBI Certificate pursuant to the SUBI Trust Agreement, the Issuing Entity shall take such actions as directed in writing by Trust Certificateholders holding Trust Certificates evidencing an interest of at least 50% of the outstanding Certificate Balance.
