Acting Through Agents. In exercising any rights under the Financing Agreements or taking any actions provided for therein, Lender may act through its employees, agents or independent contractors as authorized by Lender. Borrower shall authorize its accounting firm and/or service bureaus to provide Lender with such information as is requested by Lender in accordance with this Agreement. Borrower authorizes Lender to contact directly any such accounting firm and/or service bureaus to obtain such information.
