Common use of ACT REPORTS Clause in Contracts

ACT REPORTS. The Master Servicer shall, on behalf of the Seller, make all filings required to be made by the Seller with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Class I-B-1, Class I-B-2, Class I-B-3, Class II-B-1, Class II-B-2 and Class II-B-3 Certificates pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Master Servicer shall file directly with the Securities and Exchange Commission the certification required under the Sarban▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇f 2002, which shall be signed by the senior officer in charge of the master servicing function of the Master Servicer.
