Common use of Acquisition / Relocation Clause in Contracts

Acquisition / Relocation. This Agreement is subject to providing a certification that it will comply with the acquisition and relocation requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24, and 24 CFR Part 511.14, which govern the acquisition of real property for the project and provision of relocation assistance to persons displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, or demolition for the project.
