Acquisition Documents and claim. Rights of the Group companies under the Acquisition Documents shall be assigned or charged. If required by local law to perfect or protect the security, notice of the assignment or charge will be served on the relevant counterparty within five Business Days of the security being granted and the Obligor shall use its reasonable endeavours to obtain an acknowledgement of that notice with 20 Business Days of service. If the Obligor has used its reasonable endeavours but has not been able to obtain acknowledgement, its obligation to obtain acknowledgement shall cease on the expiry of that 20 Business Day period.
