ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY. The Administrative Entity shall acquire, hold, and dispose of real and personal property in the same manner as counties within the State of Wisconsin, as provided for in Sections 59.06, 66.28 and 75.35 of the Wisconsin Statutes, as well as consistent with WIOA regulations and guidelines.
