Common use of Acknowledgment of Reading and Understanding Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Reading and Understanding. By signing this Agreement, Executive acknowledges that he has read this Agreement, including the release of claims contained in Section 1, and understands that the release of claims is a full and final release of all claims Executive may have against the Company and the other entities and individuals covered by the release. By signing, Executive also acknowledges and agrees that he has entered into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily.
