Common use of Acknowledgment of Reading and Understanding Clause in Contracts

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, including the release of claims contained in Section 3, and understand that the release of claims is a full and final release of all claims you may have against the Company and the other entities and individuals covered by the release.
