Common use of Acknowledgement of Discharge by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Discharge by Trustee. After (i) the conditions of Sections 401 or 402 have been satisfied with respect to a series of Securities, (ii) the Company has paid or caused to be paid all other sums payable hereunder by the Company with respect to such series and (iii) the Company has delivered to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel, each stating that all conditions precedent referred to in Sections 401 or 402, as applicable, relating to the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to such series have been complied with, the Trustee upon request from, and at the expense of, the Company shall acknowledge in writing the discharge of the Company's obligations under this Indenture with respect to such series except for those surviving obligations specified in Section 403.
