ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS. If the RFP is amended, the Offeror must acknowledge each amendment with a signature on the acknowledgement form provided with each amendment. Failure to return a signed copy of each amendment acknowledgement form with the proposal may result in the proposal being found non-responsive.
