ACKNOWLEDGE that Sample Clauses
The "ACKNOWLEDGE that" clause serves to formally record that a party is aware of and accepts certain facts, conditions, or information stated in the agreement. In practice, this clause might be used to confirm that a party has received specific disclosures, understands particular risks, or is aware of relevant circumstances before entering into the contract. Its core function is to prevent disputes over whether a party was informed or aware of key matters, thereby ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of future misunderstandings.
