Common use of Acknowledge Support Clause in Contracts

Acknowledge Support. Unless otherwise directed by the Ministry, the Recipient shall, in a form approved by the Ministry, acknowledge the support of the Ministry in any publication of any kind, written or oral, relating to the Agreement or the Project, including but not limited to, any report, announcement, advertisement, brochure, audio-visual material, design, website or other public communication.
